love inspires love inspires love inspires love inspires love

Love gently, quickly;
Tumble into strangers and
you’ll find old friends.

This feeling is yours,
Conceived by words unspoken,
Wrapped in this grey gift.

This glass between us,
let’s shatter it together.
Clear walls beguile hearts.

Girls Haus

We fortified strength,
Fueled our muscles with love.
Hell hath no fury.

A remembered Venus

My soul is older than
your fears, your affections.

Like water it’s a salve
for invisible wounds,
the nicks and cuts from
choosing paths unknown.

Hot to the touch,
there’s a fire behind it
devouring oxygen,
a never ending genesis.

Ultimately its stillness
is grounded in the earth,
security provided in contrast
to freedom found in skies.

Of this my bones are sure,
while the rest of it is fleeting.

Aging

Do you weep with the weight of them?
Memories crumbled to dusty fables,
The truth of then lost so many years ago.

All Bark, No Bite

Our silent neighbors,
the secret keepers, the scribes,
of Mother Nature.
